Bring an established national outreach effort

 

to your community.

 

Once again, there may be some merit to bringing an ethical, efficient organization into your community. One international organization that I had a positive experience with was Samaritan’s Feet.

Advantages:

• Local impact
• Event steps are often already done for you
• Name recognition of national charities/events may elicit more participation
• Direct contact with participants

Disadvantages:

• Some loss of control, depending on the organization
